Watzap.id is a well-known WhatsApp tool that now combines official WABA broadcasting with unlimited sending from linked numbers, sold in yearly and 3-month plans. LoginWA is a newer gateway with monthly pricing, a free plan, and a strong focus on OTP and developer APIs. Here is a fair, no-hype comparison so you can pick what actually fits your needs.
Honest note: Watzap.id is an established provider with many users, and its unlimited yearly pricing is genuinely good value for heavy senders. LoginWA is a newer product, we do not have years of track record yet. The comparison below is based on each provider’s publicly listed pricing and features as of October 2026, which may change at any time. The fairest test is to try both: Watzap sells yearly plans, LoginWA has a free plan with no credit card.

If you consistently send tens of thousands of messages per month, Watzap’s unlimited yearly plan (from Rp1,149,000 per 12 months) can work out cheaper than any quota-based plan, including ours. Do the math on your real volume, at sustained high volume, unlimited wins.
Watzap has a ready-made WooCommerce integration on its PLUS and PREMIUM plans for order notifications. LoginWA does not have a plug-and-play WooCommerce plugin yet, you would need to wire it up yourself via our REST API and webhooks, which takes developer time.
Watzap requires at least Rp1,149,000 upfront for 12 months, or a 3-month plan. LoginWA starts at $0 (100 messages/month with a small watermark) and paid plans start at $1/month, activating once card or PayPal payment clears. If your volume is small or seasonal, monthly quotas are the lower-risk choice.
LoginWA was designed around WhatsApp OTP: dedicated start/verify endpoints, HMAC-signed webhooks with retry, JS & PHP SDKs, IP whitelisting, and bilingual docs at loginwa.com/docs. If your main use case is authentication rather than mass broadcast, that focus shows.
Watzap is an Official Meta Business Partner and includes WABA broadcasting (Coexistence) in every plan, with an official API on its PLUS and PREMIUM plans. LoginWA only runs on linked numbers (unofficial). If your company requires the official channel, Watzap fits and LoginWA does not.
With Reverse OTP your user sends the code to your connected number, so your number sends nothing. WhatsApp limits on messaging people who never wrote to you do not apply, and quota is used only when a login succeeds. Watzap does not list this.
How Reverse OTP worksA yearly plan is a real commitment. Sign up free on LoginWA, no credit card, send 100 messages, try the OTP API and broadcast, then decide with data instead of marketing copy.
It depends on volume and billing preference. Watzap is billed per 12 months (Rp1,149,000 to Rp1,349,000) or per 3 months, with unlimited sending listed, very cost-effective at high volume; its REST API starts on the PLUS plan. LoginWA is billed monthly with quotas: Free $0 (100 messages), Lite $1 (1,000), Regular $3 (4,000), Business $7 (10,000). Below roughly 4,000 messages/month, or if you dislike annual commitments, LoginWA is usually cheaper to start.
Not always. LoginWA and Watzap's regular (non-WABA) sending both run on linked WhatsApp numbers, an unofficial route, so numbers that send too aggressively can still get blocked by WhatsApp; unlimited quota does not remove that risk. Watzap's official WABA broadcasts follow Meta's template rules instead. LoginWA uses typing indicators, randomized human-like delays, and adjustable broadcast delays to minimize (not eliminate) blocking risk. Choose based on your realistic monthly volume, not the biggest number on the pricing page.
Yes. LoginWA is a standard REST API, sending a message is a single POST to /api/v1/messages/send with a Bearer API key. Sign up with your WhatsApp number at /auth/otp, create an app, scan the QR with your device, and you can test side by side on the free plan before switching production traffic.
