Uptime & SLA commitment

We are committed to keeping the LoginWA WhatsApp API, OTP delivery, and dashboard highly available. Our operational target is 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Enterprise plans can include a contractual SLA with stronger guarantees.

Incident communication

If there is a service-affecting incident, we update this status page and notify affected customers. Planned maintenance is communicated ahead of time whenever possible, and we aim to schedule it during low-traffic windows.
