LoginWA ("we", "us", "our") is a WhatsApp API gateway: OTP, notifications, blast, and auto-reply, via REST API or the dashboard. Using the site or the API means you accept these terms.

LoginWA provides API keys, webhooks, SDKs, and a dashboard to send WhatsApp messages from a number you connect (QR or pairing code). It is unofficial WhatsApp (not Meta Cloud / official WABA).
Paid plans are billed in USD as monthly subscriptions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders and handles payment (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), billing, and sales tax. Quota is added when payment clears.
Where offered, a plan can instead be paid in Indonesian rupiah for one month at a time (QRIS, DANA, OVO). LoginWA is the seller of these orders; the payment is processed by the Indonesian payment gateway Duitku. A rupiah month does not renew by itself: we remind you before it ends, and you pay the next month only if you choose to.
Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel from the LoginWA billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund charges already paid. See the Refund Policy for the 7-day window on the first paid purchase.
The first paid purchase of a plan is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of that purchase. Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund.

Do not use LoginWA for spam, fraud, unauthorized messaging, or anything that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
