LoginWA ("we", "us", "our") is a WhatsApp API gateway: OTP, notifications, blast, and auto-reply, via REST API or the dashboard. Using the site or the API means you accept these terms.

LoginWA provides API keys, webhooks, SDKs, and a dashboard to send WhatsApp messages from a number you connect (QR or pairing code). It is unofficial WhatsApp (not Meta Cloud / official WABA).
Paid plans are billed in USD as monthly subscriptions. Checkout runs through the Satuapps payment broker: card, QRIS, or virtual account. Quota is added when payment clears.
Plans renew until you cancel. Cancel from the LoginWA billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund charges already paid. See the Refund Policy for the 7-day window on the first paid purchase.
The first paid purchase of a plan is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of that purchase. Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund.
Request a refund from LoginWA: /support or [email protected]. There is no third-party customer portal for this.
Do not use LoginWA for spam, fraud, unauthorized messaging, or anything that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
